- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the flour, vanilla extract, and gently fold in the raspberries.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- These cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months.
