- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup 7 Up soda
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 box lemon pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, 7 Up, vegetable oil, eggs, and pudding mix.
- Mix until smooth and pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can add lemon zest to the batter.
