Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. While meatballs are baking, combine cranberry sauce, teriyaki sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
  6. Once meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
