These delicious no egg chocolate chip cookies are made with cream cheese for a rich flavor and soft texture.

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add in the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For chewier cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
- You can substitute half the butter with coconut oil for a different flavor.
