This delicious Brown Butter Honey Granola is the perfect breakfast or snack option, combining the rich flavor of brown butter with the sweetness of honey.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)


Instructions
