- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add elbow macaroni. Cook until al dente.
- Combine cooked macaroni, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and meatballs in a baking dish. Mix well.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
