This Cheddar BBQ Ranch Meatball Pasta is a delicious, easy recipe that combines rich BBQ flavors with cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add elbow macaroni. Cook until al dente.
  5. Combine cooked macaroni, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and meatballs in a baking dish. Mix well.
