Description

A delicious homemade version of Chili’s restaurant salsa, perfect for dipping or topping your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
