- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Once browned, add cranberry sauce and water to the skillet with the meatballs.
- Simmer for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- These meatballs can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
- Adjust cranberry sauce sweetness to your taste.
