Description

Delicious beef meatballs with a festive cranberry sauce, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Once browned, add cranberry sauce and water to the skillet with the meatballs.
  5. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve warm.
