Ingredients

  3. Gradually add sugar, whisking until glossy and stiff peaks form.

  5. Divide the meringue into two bowls; tint one bowl with green food coloring.
  6. Using a piping bag, pipe Christmas tree shapes onto the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle the colored meringues with red and green sprinkles.
  8. Bake for 1.5 hours, then let cool completely in the oven.
