- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
