Description

Delicious Cowboy Mushrooms sautéed to perfection with spices and herbs, perfect for a quick appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
