A delicious and festive pull-apart bread filled with cranberries and orange flavor.

- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and toss them in the sugar mixture.
- Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces in a bundt pan.
- Spread half of the cranberries and half of the orange zest over the first layer.
- Repeat with the remaining biscuit pieces, cranberries, and orange zest.
- Pour the melted butter and orange juice over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance; reheat before serving.
- Feel free to substitute dried cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
