Description

A delicious and festive pull-apart bread filled with cranberries and orange flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and toss them in the sugar mixture.
  4. Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces in a bundt pan.
  5. Spread half of the cranberries and half of the orange zest over the first layer.
  6. Repeat with the remaining biscuit pieces, cranberries, and orange zest.
  7. Pour the melted butter and orange juice over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.

Notes

  • Can be made a day in advance; reheat before serving.
  • Feel free to substitute dried cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
  • Serve warm for the best flavor.
