Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the cream soda.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries gently.
- Fill the cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and garnish with additional raspberries if desired.

- For a richer flavor, refrigerate the frosted cupcakes for an hour before serving.
