Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
