Description

This Easy Asian Cabbage Stir Fry is a quick, delicious dish that is better than takeout!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups cabbage, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
