Description

Flavorful and juicy chicken kabobs infused with Hawaiian spices and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 red onion, cut into squares
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 8 wooden skewers


Instructions

  1. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Cubed chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger.
  4. Pour marinade over chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Thread chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
