- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in cooked chicken and teriyaki sauce; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the chicken or using tofu instead.
