Description

A quick and spicy chicken stir fry that can be prepared in just 30 minutes, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, and honey. Pour over the chicken and veggies.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
