- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, and honey. Pour over the chicken and veggies.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- This dish is great with rice or quinoa.
- Adjust the spice level by altering the amount of sriracha.
