- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt, water, and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Divide the dough into small balls, then roll each ball into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
