Description

Deliciously spiced gingerbread truffles that are perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, spices, and molasses until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  6. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and let them set.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
