Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add spinach and broccoli; sauté until wilted.
- In a large pot, combine macaroni, sautéed greens, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over low heat until cheese melts and everything is heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Substitute any cheese of your choice.
- Can add cooked chicken or bacon for extra protein.
