- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup egg whites

- 1 cup buttercream frosting

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar together.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg white mixture.
- Pipe the mixture onto a silicone mat in heart shapes.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes to form a crust.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until they are firm but not colored.
- Allow to cool completely before filling with buttercream.
- Sandwich two macaron shells together with frosting and enjoy!
