- 2 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
- Add the potatoes and chicken broth to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick-release the pressure and open the lid.
- Drain any excess liquid and add the butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve warm.
