Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add the tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir to combine.
- Mix the cooked rotini into the beef mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
