A delightful mini doughnut hole cake drizzled with a sweet maple glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini doughnut pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the mini doughnut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the doughnuts to cool, then prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and maple syrup.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled doughnut holes and serve.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For an extra maple flavor, add more maple syrup to the glaze.
