- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a piece of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
