- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Rub the roast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and roast for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue roasting for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
- In the meantime, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
