Description

Traditional Italian cookies made with almond paste and topped with pine nuts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond paste with powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg white and extracts, mixing until combined.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in the pine nuts.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
