- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and then sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be served with tortilla chips or on its own.
- Adjust jalapeño quantity based on spice preference.
