Delicious and fluffy blueberry muffins inspired by the famous Jordan Marsh department store recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups with batter and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra treat, sprinkle sugar on top before baking.
- Can substitute frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
