- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in Kahlua, vanilla extract, and sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool down, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature cream cheese to prevent lumps.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings for an elegant finish.
