Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the coconut milk, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
