Description

A delightful and refreshing low-carb dessert featuring a beautiful combination of berries and vanilla flavored jello.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 package sugar-free vanilla jello
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional, for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and dissolve the sugar-free vanilla jello powder in the hot water.
  3. Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Let the jello mixture cool slightly before pouring it into a jello mold.
  5. Add the mixed berries to the mold, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, carefully unmold the jello ring onto a serving plate.
  8. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

Notes

  • This jello ring can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
