Description

A delicious fusion of traditional Japanese mochi and American donuts, these Mochi Donuts are chewy, sweet, and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add coconut milk, milk, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a donut pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool and glaze if desired.
