- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add coconut milk, milk, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a donut pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool and glaze if desired.
