- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and melted butter.
- Add the cornmeal, salt, and baking powder; mix until smooth.
- Fold in the corn kernels.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
