Description

This creamy and comforting old-fashioned baked rice pudding is a classic dessert that brings warmth and nostalgia.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
  4. Slowly add the egg mixture to the rice mixture, stirring constantly.
