Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Slowly add the egg mixture to the rice mixture, stirring constantly.
- If using, add raisins.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until the pudding is set and slightly golden on top.
