- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped cabbage and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and pour in heavy cream.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
