Description

Deliciously chewy cookies combining peanut butter, chocolate, and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel bits


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and caramel bits.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Make sure to let the cookies cool completely for the best texture.
  • Can substitute other types of chocolate if preferred.
