- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
- Set pressure cooker to sauté mode and heat olive oil; sear ribs on all sides.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in curry powder, then add beef broth and soy sauce.
- Layer root vegetables on top of the ribs.

- Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
