- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and chicken slices, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the bell peppers and carrots to the pan, cooking until slightly tender.
- Stir in the bean sprouts, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing everything together.
- Add the cooked chow mein noodles, tossing to combine evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
