- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the plantains into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine plantains, cayenne pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Toss to coat the plantains evenly.
- Spread the coated plantains on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
