Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Once risen, press the dough into a greased baking sheet.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes, then dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
