Description

Easy and delicious Mississippi meatballs made in a slow cooker with a spicy and savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen meatballs
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, with juice
  • 1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Place meatballs in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs.
  3. Add the pepperoncini peppers and juice, and pour in the beef broth.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve warm.
