Easy and delicious Mississippi meatballs made in a slow cooker with a spicy and savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds frozen meatballs
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, with juice
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place meatballs in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and juice, and pour in the beef broth.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- These meatballs can be served over rice, pasta, or in a sandwich.
- For a spicier version, add more pepperoncini peppers.
