Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Drain the linguine and toss it with the shrimp and tomato mixture.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and lemon juice before serving.
