Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions
