Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add smoked salmon and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, dill, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra dill if desired.
