Ingredients

- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate garlic and parsley into the dough.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and let rise again.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with garlic powder before baking.
- Serve warm with additional butter.
