Description

These soft garlic bread rolls are infused with fresh parsley and have a buttery flavor that makes them irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Incorporate garlic and parsley into the dough.
  5. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into rolls.
  8. Place rolls on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and let rise again.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
