Description
A quick and delicious steak stir fry recipe loaded with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine steak, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the skillet, then add bell pepper, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Return steak to the skillet, add oyster sauce, and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- You can substitute the vegetables based on your preference.
