Description

Delicious strawberry pretzel cookies combining sweet, salty, and tangy flavors for a perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping and diced strawberries.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. In a small bowl, mix strawberry jam with additional strawberries and spoon over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Refrigerate until set, then cut into squares and serve.
